Wellington Real Estate Market Update – July data

Adam Cockburn from Lowe&Co Realty will provide analysis and review of the Wellington real estate market data over the past month.

Adam started investing in 1998 after reading a Dolf de Roos book, when he bought 3 flats in Aro Valley, Wellington. Adam has continued to actively invest since then. He has been selling real estate since 2007, and joined Lowe&Co Realty when they started in late 2015. He has three children and lives in the Eastern suburbs.
