Wellington Property Investors Association (WnPIA) has been serving the Capital’s investors since 1973.
We are a non-profit organisation developed to support, educate, and inspire members to manage and benefit from their property investments.
The Wellington Association is one of many PIAs throughout New Zealand that are affiliated to the New Zealand Property Investors Federation Inc.
We are your fellow property investors: meeting together to share ideas, information, resources, and experience.

Working Together As One
In late 2020 both Wellington and Capital Associations, with support from NZPIF, formed a new and combined Association that brought the best of both Associations together and increased the value of your membership.
Operationally we agreed to go ahead as “Wellington Property Investors Association” using the current incorporated society.
We have formed a combined committee as listed below.
