Jennifer Wray presents her property journey so far including renovating rentals and flipping houses in the Greater Wellington Region, particularly in this current market. She will share the good plus the not so good and you’ll hear some of her learnings from someone who’s reasonably new in the game. Claire Alderton is MBiE/NZPIF Landlord of the Year 2021 Runner Up.
This meeting is free for Wellington PIA members and non-members can attend for $30.
