Starting Out in Property Investing

April 11 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Curious about the diverse paths others have taken when starting out in property investing?

Each of our three investor stories offer unique insights and firsthand experiences from people who embarked on their property investing journey from different backgrounds and perspectives. From overcoming initial challenges to celebrating triumphs, these journeys will inspire you!

Panel Discussion facilitated by Suzanne Taylor

Our panel are:

Aveen Mitra – came to NZ as a student in 2003 with $700 to survive on and today has 7 properties to thrive on. He has had his ups and downs but makes sure every time he falls he can jump back up. His property journey has taught him many lessons in life.

Megan Rawiri – started investing in 1997 before owning her own family home while pregnant with their first child. Megan has built a portfolio of properties, flipped some properties, helped their son into property and self managed all the way along. She has lessons and advice to share from her many years of experience.

Danielle Nobis & Tim Cuncannon – 10+ years investing, 3.5 properties, many tales of triumph and even more war stories! We’re a dynamic duo in our 30s, chasing the best deals and highest rental return possible to set us up for an early retirement through this property investment adventure.
