Niall has been around Wellington since 2004. Long enough to see young tenants move into student flats, to see them upgrade to houses in the suburbs, and end up managing their investment properties for them.
Niall will delve into the world of “New Build RTA Nightmares & Rental Vacancy Horror Stories,” sharing his extensive expertise on the unique issues faced by property investors in Wellington. From warranty call outs to unexpected rental vacancies and rent fluctuations, Niall will shed light on the haunting realities that landlords encounter.

This meeting is free for Wellington PIA members and non-members can attend for $30.
