Nick Gentle will share his unconventional property journey and strategies for success, offering invaluable advice and insight on everything from selecting the right properties to negotiating deals and renovating to maximise your investment.
So whether you’re a seasoned investor or just getting started, Nick’s story is one you don’t want to miss!
Nick has been investing actively since 2008. He is the co-owner of several property-related businesses that focus largely on the investment space and is on the committee at the Rotorua Property Investors Association. He also helps run the popular Property Investors Chat Group on Facebook.
On his own he has been part of many joint venture deals and has built up a profitable rental portfolio by buying old homes and renovating and remodeling them. He has investments in Rotorua, Wellington and Invercargill. He did a lot of his investing while living overseas and has build and worked with support teams over the years to keep moving forward.
