Join us for a insightful evening with experienced property developer Marc Lock, as he takes us behind the scenes of some exciting new projects shaping Wellington’s suburbs.
Marc will be sharing real-world insights from three of his current developments:
– A 9-house build in Tawa
– A 10-lot subdivision in Wadestown
– A 20-lot project in Kilbirnie
He’ll cover everything from finding the right site and crafting a smart purchasing strategy, to navigating key conditions, managing resources, and taking a development through to completion and sale.

The meeting usually ends around 9:00pm with some more networking and doors close at 9:30pm.
This meeting is free for Wellington PIA members and non-members can attend for $30.
