Property investment is changing rapidly.
New tax laws, a changing market and tighter bank lending are forcing investors to change how they approach property.
In this presentation, Andrew Nicol and Ed McKnight from Opes Partners, will walk through the options for how property investors can respond to these changes. This includes strategies for active renovations-focused investors, as well as passive new build focused investors.
Opes Partners are a property investment company who help everyday New Zealanders become property investors through their property investment coaching programme. They are the headline Sponsor for this year’s NZPIF Conference.
Andrew Nichol is a managing partner at Opes. He bought his first property at age 19, and loves helping ordinary Kiwis use property to help them realise their dreams.
Ed McKnight is the resident economist at Opes Partners. He helps New Zealanders understand why property is such a great solution to the retirement problem, and keeps up to date with economic changes so that the team know where the best opportunities are.
