Join us for a relaxed and informative evening packed with real stories and fresh ideas from our local property community.
Our President will kick things off with a recap of highlights and key takeaways from the recent NZPIF Conference, followed by insights from our corporate members — The Mortgage Supply Co and Nice Place Property Management.
We’ll also hear from Jackie, fresh off her Landlord of the Year win, as she shares how she successfully manages 10 rental properties and the lessons she’s learned along the way.
To top it off, Danielle and Tim will take us behind the scenes of their current property flip — sharing the numbers, some epic before photos, and their renovation plan. We’ll check back in the new year to see the transformation and results!

Doors open at 6:45pm for refreshments and networking with our Speaker’s presentation beginning at 7:15pm.
The meeting usually ends around 9:00pm with some more networking and doors close at 9:30pm.
This meeting is free for Wellington PIA members and non-members can attend for $30.
