Investor Stories: Chris and Warwick Dugdale

June’s meeting will include a quick Annual General Meeting (AGM) followed by our guest speakers Chris and Warwick Dugdale. Investing in property since the 1980s — buying, renovating, renting, and selling properties throughout Wellington and the Wairarapa. Their property success funds the Dugdale Charitable Trust, which supports numerous Kiwi charities and international initiatives, including the construction of a primary school in Uganda.
Chris’s remarkable journey spans over five decades and more than 100 properties. Her grassroots approach, entrepreneurial spirit, and unwavering drive have created homes, nurtured young people through mentoring, and empowered charitable projects from local communities to Africa.

Doors open at 6:45pm for refreshments and networking with our Speaker’s presentation beginning at 7:15pm.
The meeting usually ends around 9:00pm with some more networking and doors close at 9:30pm.
This meeting is free for Wellington PIA members and non-members can attend for $30.
