Field Trip June 2025

Join us next Saturday, for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Urban Company’s latest development in Tawa. Hosted by Marc Lock, this small-group site visit is a fantastic opportunity to:

• View the nearly completed residential development of 9 townhouses (roofs on, homes wrapped)
• Learn about development strategy, staging, and lessons from the field
• Ask Marc questions directly on-site about development, design, delivery, and planning

Marc introduced this project at one of our recent meetings, and now we have the opportunity to see it firsthand! Be warned this is a construction site so please wear appropriate footwear.
