Build to Rent with speaker Kenyon Clarke from the Du Val Group

Kenyon Clarke is the founder & CEO of the Du Val Group, New Zealand’s largest private apartment developer (CBRE – June 2020).
Kenyon is passionate about regeneration, halting urban sprawl and protecting New Zealand’s productive farmland and wild places. He is a sought after commentator and public speaker with a broad base of knowledge accumulated over a 26 year career which saw him lose his $120m businesses in 2008 and recover to build Du Val into a >$900m business 13 years later.

Kenyon is often asked to speak about his personal journey in business and enjoys discussing topics including entrepreneurship, all aspects of property investment and development, PropTech, the emergence of build-to-rent and buy-to-let sectors in New Zealand, sustainability and urban regeneration.

This meeting is free for Wellington PIA members and non-members can attend for $30.
